Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working business day (Mon-Fri). All orders delivered to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail and normally takes around 1-3 business days after dispatch. European orders normally take between 3-7 business days. Rest of the world orders normally take between 7-30 business days.

Returns

Change of mind

If you change your mind about your order, you are able to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund of the item. We are unable to refund any delivery costs associated with the return of your item. Please get in touch using the contact form to arrange returns.

Damaged Item

In the unlikely event that your item has been delivered damaged you can return the item to us within 28 days of receiving it. Upon us receiving the item back we will inspect it and will offer either a full refund or a replacement of the item to be sent to you. Please get in touch using the contact form to arrange return of a defective physical item.

How to return your item

Please use the contact form on this website within the specified timescales above to initiate the returns process. When packaging your item for return please include inside a note of your full name, your order reference number and a brief explanation of your reason for returning the items. Once the items have been received back to us, we will assess the eligibility for a refund. Once this has been done we will get back to you via email and process the necessary next step.
